Ok dearest clients..I told you I would keep you updated!
Julie and I had a little meeting this morning.
Earlier this week, we had planned to continue working through this COVID-19 situation, and leaving it up to our clients to keep their scheduled services or reschedule if they wanted. After really talking about it, and learning more updating details, we have changed our tune.
Fellow LMT Halley Moore said it best…”Our business is built on promising people a safe and trustworthy space. Right now not only can I not guarantee that, but every step we take now can hugely impact how bad this situation is going to get.”
We want to be part of the solution not potentially be part of the growing problem.
***Therefore, we will be temporarily closing starting this Saturday the 21st and hoping to be back to work sometime the week of the 30th. (The reopening date will be tentative depending on government mandating and what the current situation is like at that date)***
This was NOT AT ALL an easy decision for us. It took a few days of anxiety, losing sleep, going back and forth about bills, money, thinking about rescheduling all of those people, etc.. But right now, it’s not about a loss of income or rescheduling…Health and safety ALWAYS come first. BOTTOM LINE
As much as this all sucks for you and us, I know in my gut that this is the right thing to do right now.
Im sorry for any inconvenience this causes. I know that it is difficult to get appointments with us sometimes due to our busy schedule. But, we will do our very best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
