We are happy to announce our Caring Kind Award nominees for 2025, and want to congratulate our winner Dave Bloomquist!
These employees go above and beyond to demonstrate compassion for patients, partnership with co-workers, and dedication to excellence in their job responsibilities. CAMC is a much brighter place because of people like Dave, Emma, Jonathan, Kara, Lacey and Patti. We couldn't be more grateful for this wonderful team we have!
Our winner, Dave, exemplifies what we stand for as an organization. His nomination from one of his coworkers reads:
"Dave is the best example CAMC has to offer of “enjoying the journey”. Dave jumps to work, taking pride in completing tickets as fast as possible, but he never cuts a corner. He never says no to extra work, volunteering for events in the community, or bringing solutions and ideas to every table he sits at. Dave makes a difference in the lives of our staff and patients, especially with his work on the hospital exterior. His work promotes the healing of our patients, and the joy of our staff members every time they walk in the door. He is one of the hardest workers we have here, he is a pleasure to be around, and he is a great teammate and mentor to all who get the pleasure of working with him."
