My job is better than yours!! I have a patient who has relied on my care and advice for 20plus years. He now lives in Arkansas and still depends on me. Yes, he drives from Arkansas to see me...crazy, but so rewarding. So here is the gist...

🚨 One fall. The wrong advice. A completely different outcome.

Just before Christmas, he fell when a truck rail broke beneath him.
He landed hard on his left leg, jamming his hip and crashing to the pavement.

Immediately:
• He couldn’t bear weight on his left leg
• Couldn’t lift his leg to walk
• Pain ran from his back → hip → thigh → knee → ankle
• Within a week he went to his primary doctor
• He was told to stretch and given Percocet
• ❌ No imaging ❌No specific home care plan

Things got worse. He reached out to me 01-26-27. I insisted he get imaging. Imaging showed: left-sided disc injury.

Here’s the key point 👇
Disc injuries don’t need more stretching — they need smarter care.

By reducing nerve irritation, decompressing the spine, and restoring movement without forcing pain, he began walking better and bearing weight again — without rushing to surgery.

If you’ve been told to “just stretch” or handed pain meds without answers…there is another path forward.
