You can donate by dropping off your items in the lobby of Birch Tree 10324 Ladue Rd from November 20-December 16th, Monday through Friday, between 11am-5pm. Recognizing signs that someone may need mental health help is an essential step towards offering meaningful support. At Birch Tree Recovery, we believe that no one should face their journey alone. Notice changes in mood, withdrawal from social activities, or sudden changes in behavior? These could be signs your loved one needs a compassionate ear. Our individualized therapy sessions provide a safe, supportive space for people to open up. Safely offer support by actively listening and encouraging them to seek professional help when needed. Remember, it's about understanding and being a trusted ally. 💪🧡
