C-Section Mommas! Happy C-Section Awareness Month! 💕

Whether planned or unplanned, this is considered a MAJOR abdominal surgery & your postpartum care matters!

Today we are discussing c-section scar mobilization tips! This will help minimize the appearance of the scar by softening, flattening & will help reduce tissue restrictions.

These are simple tissue mobilization tips that take 3-5 minutes & can be done a few times per week.

As always, consult your physician with any questions or concerns before attempting activity. If you notice any signs or symptoms of infection, contact your provider ASAP.
