So the entry into spring has been a bit chaotic, but we can officially say it is spring in the mountains since we have had, within the same day, sunny and warm followed by snow! With that, please take a moment to check-in with yourself, how are you doing? We all need to take that moment especially during those moments that are so busy it is easy to forget. We are proud to welcome Kristi-Marie to The Grand Peak Spa team. She is joining Kirstin and Sura-Quay and with her arrival we are able to add some wonderful new services.

Kristi-Marie is a Reiki Master, Health Coach, Aroma Therapist, Vibration and Frequency Practitioner, Intuitive Quantum Body Scanner, Nutritional and Holistic Therapist, Mother, Grandmother, Wife, and Co-Owner of Flower & Mortar Herbal Co.

Kristi will help you tune into your natural cycles and learn to begin accepting the unique person you are. She supports you to glean self-understanding and honor your uniqueness so that you can shine and really connect with the essence of who you are, letting it manifest and come to fruition. As natural fluctuations of emotional states and life’s challenges present themselves, as they do, she will be there walking beside you on your healing journey. You will learn to have greater self-empathy and compassion, and you will continue building a more solid foundation based on who you really are.

Kristi has a passion to motivate and guide others on a path to health and wellbeing which is our natural and inherent state of being. She meet’s you where you are and help you to become a healthier and more fulfilled version of yourself. Kristi is an advocate for you and her intention is to work together to inspire and have a positive impact on your life.

It’s official, Ice Fest 2026 has started! It’s this weekend and next. Come on down and check out our trailer. We have a great view of the carvings. We have hot chocolate, hot cider, green chili and make your own s’mores!

Winter can be hard to slog through at times… but there are many things larger small that we can do to care for ourselves. If you’d like to visit the spa, we have several different options even if your budget is a little tight! And if you know someone who needs a treat or a little self-care, we can always do gift certificates.

We are co-hosting a silent auction New Years Eve at the Hotel St. Nicholas to benefit the Kid Blackie Boxing Club! We will be donating some fun spa items… if you are a local business or individual that would also like to donate an item or service please reach out to us or the club by phone or drop off your item at the hotel. The club is trying to personally deliver a donation request to every local business but we know we won’t reach everyone in time so feel free to get ahead of us!
