Recipe time !!!!!

My low carb version of sausage gravy !!!!

*1 roll of mild sausage- 0 carbs
* 4 oz of cream cheese- 8 carbs
* 3 tbsp of heavy whipping cream -3 carbs

Brown sausage, put cream cheese in wait till melted and mixed then put in heavy whipping cream!!!!

Done !!!!!

I ate about 4 oz for breakfast so almost 5 carbs !
