I started my get healthy journey just over 2 years ago…and I have to say it’s been quite the adventure. Although it wasn’t always easy…I’m proud to say I survived…and I’m confident that I’ll continue to maintain the health goals that I’ve set for myself.
I’ve lost 75 #’s since starting. My BMI is no longer considered “obese”, and my blood sugar and cholesterol levels are now back within a normal healthy range. And who knows(?), I may just reach my initial long term goal of 140…I’m only a pound away. But if not…I’m okay with that too. 😍
(I’m no longer on program, but I continue to use the skills I’ve learned to stay healthy).

*edited: I bypassed my goal this morning! 139.8 = a grand total of -76.2 pounds gone. 🥳🥳🥳
I may just set a new goal of 135. 🤩
