Weekly classes in Crockett, CA:
Sunday mornings, 10 - 11 am (729 2nd Avenue)
Monday evenings, 6 - 7 pm (729 2nd Ave)
Tuesday evenings, 6 - 7 pm at the Crockett Community Center (850 Pomona Street)
Wednesday evenings, 6 - 7 pm (729 2nd Ave)

Announcement:
Classes are currently taking place indoors; please refrain from using strongly scented products before class.

NEW offerings:
•Private, small group sessions!
Contact me to schedule a class for you and up to 5 additional students! This is a great option for partners, families, folks new to yoga, etc.

•Coaching for new teachers!
Work with me one-on-one to build confidence and skills as a yoga / movement instructor.

•Intro to Meditation!
Community class coming soon.

Outdoor classes will resume in March 2023! Keep an eye out for updates.
