This new grief support group, offered in partnership with Luminos Hospice, provides a safe, in-person space to connect, share, and heal—no matter the type of loss you are carrying.

Why did we choose sunflowers for our post? 🌻Sunflowers symbolize hope, resilience, and the enduring light of a loved one who has passed, acting as a reminder to seek warmth and strength during dark times.
