"I'd like to nominate Tarica Carpenter of the Autumn Lake Crofton facility. My mom has been at the facility for several months now, and challenges have been difficult at times due to her health conditions and the onset of Alzheimer's. Although the staff at Crofton have shown compassion, patience, and professionalism in interacting with my mom, Tarica has gone well above and beyond. She seems to have taken a personal liking to my mother and treats her like they have been friends for years. Tarica always keeps me well informed of my mom's ever-changing condition/mood and goes out of her way (and very busy schedule) to see that my mom gets top-notch care. Autumn Lake Healthcare at Crofton is VERY fortunate to have her on staff. I know I am!"
