Life & Love: Couple and Family Therapy was founded in order to provide empathic and supportive therapy focused on the unique and varying needs of each client. As a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist, I truly value the opportunities I have to work with individuals, couples, and families to help build, maintain, and strengthen the many types of relationships that play important roles in

everyone's life. We have all heard the saying “life is tough.” In both my personal and professional experience, I can tell you this adage is certainly true. These tough times come from unfortunate or untimely life events, physical and/or emotional distance in relationships, and/or life stage adjustments, which can make any person, couple, and/or family feel stuck. This feeling is typical and experienced by many; you are not alone. I believe therapy is a healthy and effective resource to utilize during these tough times. Here at Life & Love: Couple and Family Therapy, therapy is a safe place to facilitate growth and change, which is the key to feeling unstuck. More specifically, desired growth and change that can be achieved by a client who is brave enough to reach out for support. Life can also be gratifying, exhilarating, and full of pleasure. I believe you hold the keys to successfully navigate these hardships in order to enjoy the rewarding and exciting aspects life has to offer. I believe that a healthy therapeutic relationship is one in which clients feel safe, can be open, and never feel judged. I believe all of my clients are fearless and able to be vulnerable, take risks, face challenges, and push for growth.
