LAUGH ABOUT SOMETHING EVERYDAY!

When my son was around 5 years old, he asked me a question that would forever change my life. He asked, β€œMom, when you were a little girl, did you ever laugh?” I suddenly stopped what I was doing. I wondered when was the last time that I laughed. I mean a belly ache laugh that felt really good to my soul. A tear began to roll down my cheek. Had I become so consumed with trying to keep everything together as a single mom that I had forgot to stop and take the time to laugh, smell the roses and enjoy life? It was then that I made a promise to my son and to myself. That promise was to find someway or something to laugh about each and every day. I ask that you do the same. Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful. LAUGH ABOUT SOMETHING EVERYDAY! Do not let the cares of the world steal your joy.
