We sadly share the passing of Dr Alberti, former Medical Director of Apple Rehab Cromwell of over two decades. Dr Alberti was known for his kindness and for his dedication to the residents he served. He would call the Director of Nursing every morning for an update on his patients. He will be sadly missed.

On Monday we hosted our Annual Tree Lighting! We had entertainers in the Empire and Main Dining rooms, snacks and dessert prepared by our fabulous Dietary Team for all to enjoy and even a visit from Santa! 🎅🏼 🎄 Thanks to all of our families and staff who came out to enjoy! The team was a little busy with planning the Vigil this week, but we couldn’t let Halloween pass without a little fun. We asked the residents to vote on a group costume, and they came up with Wizard of Oz. They were thrilled with our efforts! Not bad for short notice.

At Apple Rehab Cromwell, our employee recognition program thrives on the heartfelt feedback from our residents and their families. We believe that the most meaningful compliments come from those we serve. When a "Shout Out" is received, the recognized staff member earns a bead to display proudly on their ID badge, each bead symbolizing a unique story.

Over the weekend, we received a special Shout Out for Renee C, one of our dedicated CNAs who has been with us since 1992! We are thrilled to acknowledge Renee's unwavering commitment and the positive impact she has on our residents.

As Mark Twain wisely said, "I can live for two months on a good compliment." We hope this recognition brightens Renee's day and reaffirms her invaluable contributions to our residents!
