I started following my dream back in 2004 when I graduated from CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington Connecticut. Since then I have enjoyed building my business while helping my clients reduce stress, heal from injuries or just relax and enjoy some time for themselves. I'm a active member of both the Middlesex and Mid State Chambers of Commerce and I take an active role in my community and helping charities where I am able. I volunteer with the CT Sports Massage Team at local Marathons/Triathlons, Swimming events, etc. I specialize in a form of massage called "Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy", otherwise known as "Back Walking Massage". The majority of my practice focuses on working with my clients on an individual basis to eliminate stress from their lives or recover from injury utilizing various forms of massage therapy. The other part of my practice includes working with corporate entities, small businesses or municipalities to build Health & Wellness Programs and reduce stress in the workplace. That includes Corporate On-Site Chair Massage or developing programs by which employees can take advantage of massage therapy at my location. Additionally I work with local businesses that specialize in various physical labor to help reduce injuries on the job site. The techniques that I specialize in include Ashiatsu, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage along with Pregnancy, Hot stone and even Tian Di Warm Bamboo Massage. I work with several municipalities to offer discounts to their employees and offer various discounts to service men and women as well as first time clients.

$10 off offered for 1st time clients and on birthday month. Pricing: (additional length time available)
• Ashiatsu Massage - $85/hr
• Pregnancy Massage - $85/hr
• Swedish Massage - $85/hr
• Deep Tissue - $85/hr
• Sports Massage - $85/hr
• Tian Di Warm Bamboo Massage - $85/hr
• Hot Stone Massage - $120/90min
• Home Visits - $110/hr (+travel time)
• Any 1/2 hour Massages - $45
• On-site Chair Massage - $80/hr

Here are a few photos from my Ashiatsu class in 2006.
So in my last trimester of massage school, 2004, I fell at work (NAPA Auto) & hurt the base of both hands/thumb area but luckily after PT, ice & healing I was able to complete the course.. Because of that injury, I sometimes questioned what the longevity of my hands would be in the massage field.. Then one day, I was inspired to pursue Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, now known as Deep Feet Therapy, after coming across an ad in a professional massage magazine. I was extremely excited to sign up because it was the best decision to pursue this style. This innovative technique allows me to utilize my bodyweight and feet to provide exceptional deep tissue massages, safeguarding my hands, and my clients love it! Win - win!
