Room for rent in Professional Office Building: Located in Crooks within New Hope Chiropractic office building at 309 S West Ave. I have a room that has served as my 'personal office' within my clinic over the years, but mainly I just walk by it. It's been lonely and needing company for way to long. It's approximately 12'X12' with a bump out for windows. The utility room is adjacent giving the option to possibly add water (sink, faucet, hairdresser stuff, etc) but I'm not looking to do a major overhaul. A few small changes can be discussed. The furniture can stay or go. Rent includes all city utilities (water/AC/electricity/heat), wifi or fiber (unless you're mining bitcoin), and snow removal. Rent is $600/month. There are plenty of outlets and fiber access. Reach out if you have any questions or would like to take a look.

VETERANS READING DAD JOKES!! NHC is a part of the VA community care program...bet you didn't know that. Veterans can receive chiropractic care that is 100% covered at our office. Another year of volunteering for Junior Achievement in the books! I think this is year 14 for me:) What a great group of kids and kudos to Mrs. Garness for being such an amazing 4th grade teacher. I was able to attend the Tri-Valley Elementary - Crooks class weekly for 5 weeks while sharing my experiences and teach them a little about the business side of things as well as what it takes to be an entrepreneur. This class wasn't QUITE so tall, so it's a little easier to find me in the pic...LOL

Last day at the clinic for 2024 and thought to myself... "Why not roll into the new year with some positive, winning vibes so I think I'll wear my positive pants and my winning aftershave!". Player of the game alert! Wednesday nights game, Devon went 3 for 3 (2 doubles and a single) and closed out the game pitching with a scoreless 6th. Boom! We need to work on our picture taking but at least we're having fun🤣🤣⚾

Player of the Game Alert: Monday June 10th VS West Central Gold our TV team won 12-6 with the help of Kaidyn. He went 1-2 at the plate with one walk, 2 RBI's, and scored 2 runs! But his defense was even better....he did a great job behind the plate catching for 3 different pitchers and played 3rd base getting a couple outs at both positions...BOOM! Great job Kaidyn, enjoy that DQ Blizzard from NHC😉⚾️🍦

Player of the game for Thursday: Talon was the starting pitcher against Madison and went 2 innings with 5 k's and only giving up one run! Way to go Talon⚾⚾. TV won 13-3... Enjoy that DQ Blizzard!

Player of the Game Monday June 3rd: Congratulations Sterling on pitching 4 complete innings with 3 k's and only giving up 2 runs! He had one inning with 5 pitches and another inning with 6 pitches...kid was throwing some strikes! TV 10U team won 4-2 VS Harrisburg. Enjoy that DQ gift card
