Community Health Service Inc.'s Crookston Office offers victim advocacy services to women, children, and men who have been affected by domestic and sexual violence. Advocacy services include shelter/relocation assistance, supportive services, community referrals, and legal assistance and coordination. is a network of federally qualified healthcare centers providing affordable and comprehensive healthcare at clinical sites in Minnesota and North Dakota (Moorhead, Rochester, Willmar, Crookston, and Grafton). CHSI services are available on a sliding fee, so charges are based on patient income and family size. CHSI also accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
