This little Maple tree.
She's done this every year since we've known her. All the other trees have let go, embracing the change that comes with the season, but she holds on. Is she really strong, or just too scared to surrender?
I can see myself in this tree.
Suzuki Roshi summarized Buddhism in two words, "everything changes". Peace comes when you can let go of grasping and aversion which takes a lot of practice, even for a little tree.

Meet the Team Monday!

One of our most popular instructors is Natalie of Yellow Energy Yoga. Not only is she one of our favorites but really one of the big yogis of our area and we are grateful she has chosen our team as one of her stops.

Natalie is dynamic, you can find her teaching an upbeat flow on Tuesday nights or join in every 4th Thursday to her wildly popular Restorative & Meditation Class where she always has a special experience planned for attendees. Above all, her favorite is a Hot Hatha practice.
