Carla was nominated by one of our residents after learning he wouldn’t have company to celebrate his birthday. Without hesitation, Carla went to the store on her lunch break and picked up special items to make sure his day was filled with joy and recognition. 🎉🎂
This simple but incredibly meaningful act touched his heart and reminded us all what compassionate care truly looks like. Carla’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication shine through in everything she does, and we are so grateful to have her as a valued Certified Nursing Assistant at Heartwood.
