Kelley is a vital part of the Neighbors Crosby ER team; helping lead with compassion and ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.

👩‍⚕️ What does being the Lead Nurse mean to you? 👩‍⚕️
"Being the Lead Nurse in our ER means setting the tone for the entire team during some of the most critical moments in patients’ lives. To me, it means being someone my team can rely on for guidance, support and calm leadership in high-pressure situations. It also means advocating for our patients, ensuring they receive safe, compassionate, and quality care."
🏥 What do you like to do in your free time? 🏥
"In my free time, I love to spend time with my kids and grandkids, making precious memories. I also enjoy traveling and taking 1 or 2 vacations a year. I prefer warm weather vacations spent at the beach or the lake"
