Meet the Team Monday!

Remember when we said the team continues to grow? Well Katy came to us just a short couple weeks ago! It was a no brainer to add her energy and style to our team. Her vast experience and passion for yoga brings your experience with us to the next level!

We are especially excited for her new class, Strong Core Yoga on Tuesdays at 630pm. Her students have already been talking about some of the fun new things she is introducing to them!

Katy is an all around wholesome person that has a lot to share with our community. We hope you find her on our schedule and introduce yourself because we know, you will not regret it!

With the fresh face of November comes a fresh slate of nearly 60 classes available to you this month!

Last month we saw nearly 400 students come through our doors and we are incredibly grateful for those joining us. We strive to continue to serve our community with a variety of wellness options as we head into the cooler months that bring the busyness of the holidays.

Meet the Team Monday!

We have an incredibly fresh face today as this instructor joined us less than 3 months ago!

Let’s give a warm welcome to Chloe of Healing Heart LLC, our Qigong instructor! She is Certified and practicing in a specialized healing practice known as Spring Forest. She is hosting monthly Qigong with us to help mix up your wellness practice!

Her next class will be Friday, November 28th at 10:30am. Take a break from your Black Friday shopping and holidays to come center yourself with Qigong for Vitality.

Did someone say MORE CLASSES?!

We are bursting with joy because our team and our schedule is growing!

We are excited to welcome Katy Cassady to our team and she will be leading Strong Core Yoga starting Tuesday, November 4th. These 6:30pm classes are Hatha-inspired and as the name suggests, make your core strong! Come meet our newest team member.

You asked, we listened (of course 😉), and the stars aligned because Lori is once again able to join us and offer the beloved Christian based yoga classes! Join her on Fridays for not one, but two classes! Holy Gentle Yoga is a 60-minute session starting at 9am and promptly followed by Holy Chair Yoga at 10:15am that lasts 45 minutes.

As this year goes on (way too quickly might we point out), we see our team and schedule growing. Anchored by our core group with the classes you know and love to the newer faces or instructors stepping into new spaces with us, we couldn’t be more pleased to see what we are accomplishing this year.

Meet the Team Monday!

Our next instructor offers a change up in fitness styles as she offers SIX Pilates classes a week with us. Kira is truly magic when it comes to offering a foundation for people to build on. We have seen her convert “not morning people” to loyal 6am attendees with “little” effort. Of course, the likely explaination is her classes are just awesome due to her passion and dedication.

Kira joined our team back in April and has built quite the following in her short time with us. Her Pilates classes are on a mat and all props provided. All classes are beginner friendly with regressions and progressions to accommodate many levels of fitness and abilities.

She will be celebrating her 100th and 101st classes in November. Be sure to join us for a special day of exercise and celebration!

Our FREE class for expecting and up to 24 months postpartum moms is still happening every Thursday at 1030am. Join us in studio for exercise, education and community. Littles up to the age of 2 welcome to join. We have extra hands to help out with them!
