Our team is rapidly growing. This means we are expanding existing services, adding new services, and growing our wellness community!

Remember that reel from earlier this week highlighting an updated massage room? Well that’s not the only update there!

Our newest massage therapist has officially joined the team and we couldn’t be more excited.

Meet Janessa, who our owner Bailey has known for several years but is excited to walk with her in this new journey of hers.

Thank you to Minnesota WIC through SHIP, we received the Improving Infant Health grant in 2025 to upgrade our office space to be more breastfeeding friendly! RLW found this to be an important update to be made because every Thursday at 1030am, we host expecting and post-partum mothers for a FREE workout and education class (open to all mama’s that fit this description!). The class is hosted in partnership with the Public Health nurses in Crow Wing County who offer support with the infants/toddlers present so mom can get some healthy movement in.

Help us in thanking WIC, SHIP and Crow Wing County for supporting us through this grant so we can better serve the moms in our communities! 👏🏼
