Happiest of Thanksgivings to you!

The Studio has so much to be thankful for this year. We had a full, cozy class today and look forward to more tomorrow.

We love how our participants share our space with their loved ones. The team is working hard to bring those opportunities to you and they have so much gratitude for you showing up.

We have another special team member from our massage arm of business, please meet Loni of Up North BodyWorks.

Loni joined the team as another replacement for Jill upon her retirement (yep, it took two to replace her 😉) and we have had a wonderful year with her. Our mutual participants/clients rant and rave about her often.

With 22+ years of experience, who can blame them!
