This premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center will serve all of Dixie and its surrounding counties. Cross City Rehabilitation and Health Care Center specializes in short-term, skilled nursing and rehabilitation with Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy services available on-site. In addition there are an abundance of courtyards and various sitting areas for socialization and activities.
