Moments like today make it all worth it.

Thank you to all of our family and friends that gathered with us today. Thanksgiving is an opportunity to slow down, reflect on our blessings, and share our gratitude with others. Today we did just that.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to the entire team at Cross City Rehab for doing what you do best, going above and beyond for our residents!

The Halloween pumpkin myth is based on the Irish legend of "Stingy Jack," a man who tricked the Devil but was then denied entry into both heaven and hell after death. He was condemned to roam the Earth, lit only by a burning ember inside a carved-out turnip. The practice of carving, initially with turnips, spread to the United States, where Irish immigrants found pumpkins were a better substitute.
