🍝 “Think that plate of pasta is one serving?!”

The actual serving size of pasta is just 2 ounces (dry) that’s about 1 cup cooked, or what fits in the palm of your hand.
Most people serve 4–6 ounces at home (👀 that’s 2–3 servings without realizing it!).

Mindful Eating Tip
To make your pasta meal more satisfying (without overdoing it):
🍗 Add lean protein like chicken, shrimp, venison, pork and ground turkey
🥦 Pile on veggies for fiber and volume.
🍞 Skip the bread when you’re already having pasta. You don’t need two carb sources at once.

It’s not about restriction, it’s about balance.
A smaller serving + protein + veggies = more fullness, more nutrition, and no carb crash. 💪
