Dr. Kaushik’s Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Clinic

Dr. Kaushik’s Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Clinic Personalized treatments through the ancient art of Ayurveda and the modern science of naturopathy. Ayurveda is the oldest system of healing in the world.

Approach determines the root cause of illness, balances body-mind-spirit, and assists the body to heal itself. Naturopathy has its roots in Ayurveda and both concentrate on bringing the body back into balance so that it can heal itself. Natural remedies such as herbs and homeopathy, vitamins and minerals, Yoga and meditation, light- and hydro-therapy, are some of the therapies used to treat the body, mind, and spirit. Nutrition and lifestyle counseling are central to a treatment plan. Ayurveda and Naturopathy are integrative modalities that work well with, and can be used as adjuncts to, allopathic or traditional regimens. Both offer a comprehensive holistic path to health and healing. Dr. Kaushik has over 30 years’ experience in different healing techniques and is one of the most experienced Ayurvedic physicians in North America. In 2011 he received the Dhanwantri Award, the highest honor for an Ayurvedic Physician. He teaches Ayurvedic medicine and offers lectures and workshops locally. He is an approved continuing education provider for Yoga teachers and includes therapeutic Yoga in his practice.

Dear Friends,

We wish you all a very happy, and safe, holiday season and a positive path to wellness in the coming year. Dr. Kaushik's clinic will be there to support your health needs.

During this time of giving and receiving we'd like to thank all of you for your faith and trust in our healing modalities. We are most grateful for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to continuing to do so in the coming year ahead.

We also would like to offer you the opportunity, should you choose, to consider an end-of-the-year donation to the nonprofit organization "One Life at a Time" which has been set up to assist rural children in India with their education. It is through education that issues such as lack of healthcare, poverty, unemployment, and deplorable living conditions can be alleviated. "One Life at a Time" is completely funded by donations and, with near 0% overhead, is able to direct 100% of its receipts to the mission of educating these children. Since its inception in 2012 over 500 children have been recipients.

Please feel free to browse our page https://www.facebook.com/one.life.a.time and read about its mission, vision, and the impact it is having on education and healthcare in these rural areas. And, should you feel moved, we invite you to offer a tax-deductible pledge either online or at the clinic in Cross River. We thank you, in advance, for your generosity.

In closing, we give thanks for all this year had to offer and greet the new year with intentions of peace, joy, happiness, and health for all.

Reminder: the clinic will be closed December 31 and January 1. See you January 2!

Namaste,

Dr. Kaushik's Ayurvedic & Naturopathic Clinic

One Life At A Time is a registered 501(c)(3) charity that sets up medical camps throughout India to provide free medical attention to the poor and promotes children and female literacy.
