It’s that time of year again! School is starting back and germs will be in full force! Remind your kiddos of the importance of handwashing before eating and after using the restroom for at LEAST 20-30 seconds. Hands should be washed if they are sticky or smelly!

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer!

It is recommended to get a skin exam at least once yearly if you have:
•A history of sunburns
•Fair skin, light eyes or freckles
•A family history of melanoma or other skin cancers
•many moles or unusual looking moles
• history of tanning bed use
