Larry Mahan and Lucchese Ostrich boots needed some love. Gerberei Martin oak pit tanned in Germany, leather half soles and heels.
The customer wanted to conserve and not invest in new welts, as the last cobbler stitched over existing thread on welts, causing more swiss cheese in the leather welts. So some areas of the welts were repaired instead of the entire welt replaced on a couple of the boots.
What do y'all think?
