We are a husband-and-wife team dedicated to bringing the benefits of self-care to you through the healing practice of Massage Therapy. Massage Therapy is a way for you ease pain, reduce stress, increase relaxation, improve

circulation, lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve immune function and reduce fatigue (YES! a massage really does give you energy!) A New Beginning...

Eager for our next adventure in life we decided to find a place to enjoy our best life! We settled on the serenity and beauty that the state of Tennessee had to offer. Our family moved to Crossville, TN just a few short years ago. Looking for a way to grow ourselves and to also be able to give back to our community through making lives better. We decided to hit the books and go back to school together and start a journey through Massage Therapy. We enjoy the balance we bring to each other and the relaxation of a good massage. We knew with the healing that comes from these two things combined they knew they would bring something special to our new community. Rob is a 26-year Veteran of the US Navy. Retiring from Active Duty in 2016. Rob has an infectious smile and a great sense of humor. He has a calm energy that immediately puts people at ease. He enjoys golf and is an avid football fan. With the purchase of our TN home, he has become the local carpenter, plumber and tile setter. Rob enjoys grilling and meticulously grooming his lawn.... oh, and beer (he really enjoys beer, especially @ Calf Killer in Sparta!)

Angie spent her career in Corp. Training, Sales and Marketing Management. Angie is high energy, bubbly, outgoing and never meets a stranger. Angie has a nurturing spirit and a healing touch. She is quite content at home crafting with her critters & a Diet Coke! Come on out and meet us! We look forward to serving the community.

To our RELAX Crossville family...
Rob will be out next week due to a procedure this Friday to place a defibrillator and a pacemaker into his big ol' sweet heart 💚. We are not anticipating any issues, because the cup is half full! If he is feeling up to resuming massages the following week, he has been advised he may do so, but he will out of commission for deep tissue for at least a month. Please hold him accountable to his Dr's advice😘, he is already plotting how he will be be jumping back in help his clients.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding with his health. Brooke Dillard will still be available to help anyone out, just take a peek at her schedule and grab a slot. If you haven't had the opportunity to book with Brooke, you're in for a treat.
