Dear Patients, Friends, and Family Members,
On behalf of myself and our broader team, I am excited to share that as of March 3rd, we will be partnering with Diana Health! Diana Health is a growing women's health network, with offices in Cookeville, Nashville, and Springfield.
As most of you know, I grew up in Crossville and attended elementary and high school here, and then returned after completing college, medical school, and residency. I have only practiced medicine in my home town. My entire family lives here - it is truly home for me! I have loved and served this community for 15 years now. I am incredibly excited to welcome Diana Health to my hometown.
By partnering up with Diana Health, it will provide our office with the help we need to care for the obstetrical and gynecologic needs of the women who live in Crossville. Many things will remain the same with some exciting expansions to our services:
Our core team isn't going anywhere! You will still be able to see your current provider and the other familiar faces you know and love around the office.
Our office isn't moving and you can reach us at the same phone number. We will simply be changing our signage, but everything else about our office will remain the same.
We'll be adding additional members to our team, including mental health counselors, health coaches, dietitians, and Care Navigators, as we expand our range of services.
Your medical records will be moved into Diana Health's Electronic Health Record system and you'll be able to access Diana Health's digital tools as well. Your records will still be available in our office, but you will now also be able to view your records electronically. You will also gain access to things like online scheduling and bill pay, options for telehealth and other remote visits, and various educational resources. We will begin making this system change in March - please bear with us in the office as we make this transition. As always, you can request that a copy of your medical records be sent to you or another provider.
While many things will remain the same, one big change will be that our deliveries will be done in Cookeville beginning in March of 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC). Our pregnant patients will continue to receive all of their prenatal care, ultrasounds, and labs right here in Crossville. This partnership will allow us to stay open and active right here at home. Diana Health provides a midwife on staff 24/7 at CRMC, so regardless of when you deliver, you will be met with a warm, friendly face, who understands your preferences and will be there to support you throughout your delivery. Additionally, the hospital provides enhancements to your delivery experience including birth stools, the ability to eat during labor, peanut balls and squat bars, and a Level I NICU.
Through this partnership, our office will be able to continue caring for the needs of the women here in Crossville. Thank you for being a loyal patient and for your continuing support.
