Designed to work on core and full body strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination - We may use a variation of the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and other props during this session. Wear comfortable but snug clothing,Minimal jewelry, sticky socks (if you prefer not to go barefoot), water and a smile!

Due to high demand - Please remember that any cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a fee for the full price of the session. ($15 for Members - $30 for Non-Members)
