The Crossville Police Department, in partnership with Cumberland County 911, announces the expansion of the Family / Resident Safety Survey aimed at gathering vital information about special needs, potential hazards for responders, and emergency protocols that can improve response efficiency and safety outcomes. This survey invites residents and business owners to confidentially submit details about their property, including granting permission for law enforcement entry in emergencies, permission to remove trespassers and provide emergency contact information. By collecting this information, Cumberland County 911 aims to better tailor dispatch response, pre-plan for vulnerable households, and expedite assistance when every second counts.
