Reminder for all Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to have your supervising provider’s name on paper and escribe. Be sure address, phone and fax numbers are on them!

Be sure to also attest your CAQH every 120 days! CAQH is also requiring your location be attested as well.

Most insurances must be attested every 90-120 days as well!

With a heavy heart my assistant,
Heather Woody (Paul Woody)lost her life Friday, November 17.2023. She put a fight to osteosarcoma but in the end it took her life! We know she is no longer suffering and is with Jesus! Celebration of life will be held Tuesday November 21, 2023 at Crossville Memorial from 5-7pm. In leu of flowers were asking for donations to pay for Heather’s medical expenses. Please write checks out to Active Credentialing Services,LLC P O Box 3350, Crossville, TN 38557. The remaining monies will go to Paul and their children.

Reminder providers to get 2 CME I in controlled substance, the state of TN requires it every 2 years!!

Reminder to providers to update your CAQH and NPPES account, this can slow payments from insurances down! Also, BCBS TN Advantage to update your rewards program, to het higher allowable rates!
Also, TN providers to do your 2 CME state requirements for Controlled Substance Abuse, every 2 year. Vanderbilt has 2 CME’s online course for free, to apply toward the requirement.

Healthcare Providers: I can not stress enough how important it is to have you're CAQH(The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare)
Credentialing updated! You're CAQH should be attested every 120 days. Most insurance companies rely on you're information through CAQH. Not updating you're CAQH could also delay cash flow for you're clinic!
