I don't know about you, but I LOVE Fall! Cider Mills are open. Temperatures are dropping and it's less humid outside.

What if you don't want to eat a bunch of donuts but want something to bring in the Fall? How about trying Apple Nachos!

These are soooo good and pretty! They are easy to modify and change to anyone's sweet tooth in a healthy way. Change out the milk chocolate chips to white chocolate chips. You don't want to use peanut butter? Try honey instead. There are so many choices to try with this apple recipe! Be mindful of the serving sizes as that will adjust with the food variations that you use.

Welcome to the Community Diabetes Center

Community Diabetes Center established in 2019 through a joint effort between the Croswell Lions Club and the Community Health Fitness Center Committee, and through a renovation grant awarded by the Lion Clubs International Foundation (LCIF). This project was also made possible because of donations from many Lions Clubs and businesses. In addition, many professionals and volunteers donated their time and expertise to bring this facility of hope and health to our community. Our sincere gratitude to all who contributed.
