Yesterday’s Imbolc Tea Ceremony with reminded me: there is ancient medicine in gathering in circle.

In sitting shoulder to shoulder with women.
In slowing down enough to listen.

We returned to one of humanity’s oldest meditative practices: tea as ritual, tea as prayer, tea as portal.

Each mindful movement, each shared silence, each sip becomes a pathway back to intuition; back to the quiet power that lives beneath the noise of daily life.

In circle, we remember what our ancestors knew: that wisdom is amplified when witnessed, and transformation deepens when held by community.

Imbolc marks the stirring of life beneath the soil. A time of renewal, creativity, and gentle ignition. Through tea ceremony, journaling, and sound immersion, we tended that inner flame together, awakening what is ready to grow.

Today marks the sixth anniversary of my initiation into the shamanic tradition. To be embraced by the Elements and the Four Directions, and by the Divine Guardians and Guides who choose to work with me, has been a profoundly beautiful journey. Again and again, they invite me to meet fear with presence and devotion; revealing wisdom, power, and love that dwell beyond its dark threshold.
