Reiki - A path to achieving your authentic life

Reiki, or Universal Life Force Energy, was received by Mikao Usui during a retreat on Mount Kurama in Japan in the early 20th century. Over a period of many years, he and his predecessors developed a system called Reiki as a way to help others re-discover and attune to the Universal Life Force Energy in themselves. Reiki energy, when we are aligned with it, brings us home to our true and authentic selves. It inspires a life of peace, well-being, and right action.

The purpose of Daily Living Reiki is to help educate people about Reiki, facilitate their experience of it, and help them learn to “Be Reiki” in their daily lives.
