We do accept walk-ins beginning at 8am. Please be mindful that our cut off times for walk-ins are 10am and 3pm, and being seen that day subject to patient load and degree of urgency.

On Thursday,August 28,2025, Dr.Bellamy will be out of the office at 12pm. However, our staff will be available to answer calls 1:00pm-4:00pm.

On Friday, August 29,2025, Dr.Bellamy will be out of the office. Staff will be available 8:00-12:00pm for all calls.

In observance of Labor Day, our office will be closed Monday,September 1,2025. We will open Tuesday,September 2,2025.

🌟 Welcome Ashley Lee, FNP – Our New Nurse Practitioner! 🌟

Crowley Child & Adolescent Clinic is excited to welcome Ashley Lee, FNP to our team! 🎉

Ashley is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of nursing experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and their families. 💙

She began her nursing journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center in 2007, gaining valuable experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, and hematology-oncology. Driven to do more for her patients, Ashley went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her three wonderful children — Ryann, Richard, and Raylee — cheering on her favorite football teams 🏈 and curling up with a good book 📚.
