Day 21. Smells

Before you come in, give those pits a quick whiff. If they smell like rotting beef tips swirling in a bowl of three day old garlic and onion soup, please freshen up before coming in. We understand that sometimes people have come straight from work or sometimes the gym. But try to live by the golden rule here…if you wouldn’t want to smell it, we probably don’t either.

17. Please don’t blow your nose in my aromatherapy tissue.

No, it’s not a nicely scented tissue that I have conveniently available for you to blow your nose in. It’s the tissue that I put your aromatherapy on. That being said, in an emergency, you do what you gotta do. 😜 But I'm happy to provide you a fresh one that doesn't have peppermint all over it.

Sometimes you've just had a bad day and need to vent. But when a person seems stuck on the negative things, it not only affects that person but it affects those around them.

The best way to overcome negative thoughts is to focus on the good things that you see in your life instead.
