Part of our Healthy Solutions Clinic team is in NYC this week, learning from some of the most inspiring leaders in the world—and bringing back ideas to better serve you, our patients.

Today, we had the honor of hearing from Johnny Kim—a NASA astronaut currently serving on the International Space Station. But that’s just part of his story. He’s also a former U.S. Navy SEAL and a Harvard-trained physician. His message? In a world growing more digital and automated by the day, we must preserve the human connection.

We’re happy to announce that Healthy Solutions Clinic will reopen tomorrow at 12 PM to ensure our patients and employees are only on the roads when it’s safer to travel. If you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment, please give us a call at 337-783-2410.

While you’re digging out of the snow, remember these winter activities can also help you stay active:

Shoveling Snow: 400-600 calories/hour 💪
