We could not be more excited to welcome Ashley to the squad! 💕

With years of fitness experience and such an amazing energy, she’s ready to bring the VIBE and cheer you on every step of the way!🔥⚡️❤️‍🔥

With a background in personal training and group fitness, Ashley discovered Sweat 219 last year when she began hot pilates six weeks postpartum - looking to recover after having her two boys within 15 months. She instantly fell in love with the workout and results, but even more so with the vibe and incredible community!❤️ What started as a way to rebuild turned into something bigger - a space that inspired her to step back behind the mic and share her love of movement in this new chapter.

Outside the studio, Ashley balances a career in health tech with chasing her toddlers and spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dog 🐾

An IU business school alum with a master’s in public health from Purdue, and a former athlete, she spent years living in Chicago and along both coasts before settling back home in NWI last year near family💕

Ashley’s goal is to make every class a space where you can focus on you - to push your limits, show up exactly as you are, and leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in🔥 She’s your biggest supporter and always in your corner, here to help you do the hard things (and have some fun while you’re at it!)✨
