It's almost time to clean out your prescription medications!

Exercise isn’t just about looking fit—it’s about staying healthy for the long run.

Regular physical activity helps:
• Lower blood pressure and improve heart health
• Reduce risk of diabetes and certain cancers
• Boost mood, reduce stress, and improve sleep
• Maintain strength, balance, and independence as we age

You don’t need a perfect routine—just consistency. Even 20–30 minutes of walking most days can make a real difference.

Think of exercise as daily medicine—no prescription needed, just commitment.

Start small. Stay consistent.

My little spectator watched me exercise yesterday before work.

The Fridays we work Saturdays have kind of become our thing.

We usually have half day clinic, then go straight to picking the boys up from school. From there, it’s an early dinner at Coppolillo’s—our spot.

We always ask them the same question: what did you love about school this week? And somehow those conversations end up being the best part. It’s our way of slowing things down and really hearing them.

After that, it’s really about spending time together—hanging out, being present, or learning about Pokémon cards, trying to soak it all in because they’re growing up way too fast.

And at some point, I’m usually in the backyard with JJ, just playing and unwinding for a bit.

Balancing work and motherhood isn’t easy, but it’s everything. And these small, intentional moments? They’re the ones that make it all feel whole.
