The Saint Anthony community is excited to share resident Kathleen Conard’s Success Story! 🌟

Kathleen arrived at Saint Anthony following an unfortunate circumstance that required rehabilitation. From day one, she partnered with our Physical and Occupational Therapy teams, who created individualized treatment plans tailored to her specific needs.

With determination, resilience, and the support of her Care Team, Kathleen made remarkable progress in just 20 days. Step by step, she regained her independence and successfully achieved her goals. We are so proud to share that Kathleen has discharged home and returned to the life she loves. Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Conard on her inspiring journey and well-deserved success! 💙💜
