Today I came across a writing sample my (Dr. Alli) daughter did about my work as a pelvic floor physical therapist, and it stopped me in my tracks. 💛
It was such a simple thing—but such a powerful reminder that our kids are always watching. They see the early mornings, the long days, the care we pour into others, and the passion we carry for what we do.
We might think they don’t fully understand it all, but they’re paying attention in ways that truly matter. They’re learning what it looks like to show up, to help others, and to make a difference, one person at a time.
This was just a small moment, but it meant everything. A reminder that the way we move through our days can quietly shape the hearts and minds of the little ones looking up to us.
Here’s to leading by example, even on the days we don’t realize anyone is watching. 💫
