We had a great time at the AHA ECC Conference in Chicago. The networking sessions were informative, and we made the most of the networking opportunities. The training classes and curriculums were excellent, and winning the PRESTAN Professional Female Manikin was fantastic. This manikin is designed to enhance CPR/AED training and improve CPR survival rates in women.

We began using the manikin in class that evening, all thanks to Prestan!

Some common issues include improper mask seal, wrong head postion, hyperventilation, and aspiration.

We use the PWW in class technique. American Heart Association's (AHA) Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique is a research-proven method used in AHA courses to allow instructors to observe students as they practice skills. The PPW technique allow instructors to observe students practicing CPR, using an AED, or relieving choking.
