Swedish Massage is a lighter pressure, more relaxing style of massage that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief. Deep Tissue Massage is a corrective style of massage that applies greater pressure than swedish massage for deep muscle relief and release of chronic patterns of tension, aches, and pains.

It finally feels like summer is here!!! That brings my summer schedule, my hours this summer will be 9-3 Sunday-Thursday. I will no longer be offering evening appointments.
I am booking up fairly fast, right now I am booked out solid until the middle of July.

I’m back at the office! It was a wonderful vacation. I am doing my best to get back to everyone that left me a message and get people scheduled as soon as possible! Starting 2-14-25 I am officially on vacation until the first week in March. I will not be replying or responding to messages, calls, or texts until I am back.
