Brooke and Tammy had the best time visiting our communities, spreading smiles, laughs, and a little St. Patrick’s Day cheer. Our beautiful leprechaun brought so much joy to so many residents- golden coins, smiles, and a touch of Irish luck all around 💚🌈 It’s days like this that are what it’s all about.

For a senior already living with diabetes, awareness is only the starting point. The real challenge is day-to-day management. After age 65, the body goes through natural changes that can affect appetite, digestion, metabolism, and overall nutritional needs.
