✨July is Fireworks Eye Safety Month. According to the 2023 Consumer Product Safety Commission, 19% of firework injuries were to the eyes! ✨

What to do if you have a fireworks-related eye injury:
*Seek medical attention ASAP
*Do not rub your eyes
*Do not rinse your eyes
*Do not apply pressure to your eyes
*Do not remove any object stuck in the eye
* Do not apply ointment or take blood-thinning pain medications like aspirin or ibuprofen.
