I have recently released videos explaining and demonstrating the guru yoga meditation and visualization. As many of you know, guru yoga is commonly recited before most meditation practices and teachings in Tibetan lineages. But many Western practitioners don’t fully understand the meaning or know the visualizations that accompany the prayer. I have produced one video explaining the practice in the Yungdrung Bön tradition and a second demonstrating the prayer with animated visualizations, as well as a PDF written outline. There are English and Spanish versions of the video and written outline, plus there are subtitles in 10 languages.
