Tricia is an internationally certified yoga instructor, training under Christopher Perkins, E-RYT500/YACEP, and Nicolina Daya Nam Kaur, PT/E-RYT500/YACEP at the renowned Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. She specializes in working with women over 50, helping them to achieve flexibility, strength and balance, as well as inspiring community and caring among us. Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga

are wonderful practices for engaging mindfulness at whatever level you are in your yoga journey. She has also been certified to provide holistic natural facials, using only products that can be ingested. Her training included mastering the massage of the feet, hands, arms, neck and head, which is included with the facial. Tricia commutes regularly between the City of St. Louis and Jefferson County.
