Our 3rd Annual Employee Recognition Party, “Cheers to Peers,” was totally rad — from the neon to the nostalgia, it was a night full of fun, laughter, and celebration. 🎶💿

But beyond the big hair and bright colors, the heart of this event is something truly special. Each year, our team nominates their peers — recognizing the individuals who go above and beyond, who support one another, and who make a difference every single day. Being nominated by your coworkers is an honor in itself, and we had so many deserving individuals this year.

Please join us in congratulating Tammy Prevo, our Sunshine Award Winner of the Month!

Tammy has been a dedicated member of our team for over 25 years, sharing her talents both as a CNA and now in Housekeeping.

Tammy received this award for consistently going above and beyond to keep our facility looking its absolute best. She takes great pride in her work, and it shows! In fact, she says her favorite part of the job is when visitors compliment how clean everything looks — some have even tried to hire her personally! 😊

When asked about her favorite memory here, Tammy shared that she has made so many wonderful memories over the years, it would be impossible to choose just one.

We are incredibly lucky to have Tammy — her spunky attitude, positive energy, and the genuine care she puts into making our home clean and welcoming for our residents, visitors, and staff does not go unnoticed.

🎉Celebrating Andrew Pritchard! 🎉

For over 13 years, Andrew has been a dedicated CNA here, caring for our residents with compassion, leadership, and heart. Throughout the years, his passion for teaching and mentoring has truly stood out.

When the opportunity opened for our Staff Development Assistant position, Andrew interviewed for the role — and absolutely blew us away. His vision, dedication, and commitment to education made it clear he was ready for this next step.

Over the past few months in his new role, he has been thriving. From helping implement new procedures to mentoring new staff and ensuring everyone has the education and support they need, he has poured himself into this position — often working all hours to make sure our team feels confident and prepared.

Pictured here in front of the education bulletin board he designed himself; you can see the pride and ownership he brings to this role every single day. It’s just one example of the initiative and passion he puts into strengthening our team.
