December is always a busy month especially for our therapy department and residents. This year they had a Christmas Tree of accomplishments. As residents met their goals they were able to hang an ornament on the tree. The finished tree shows just how hard everyone worked for the month of December. Look at all of those ornaments, amazing job everyone.

Victorian Heights bid farewell to two wonderful employees today with a retirement celebration for Janine Ziert and Marion Hawks! A heartfelt thank you to both of them for the compassion, dedication, and kindness they’ve given to our tenants over the years. As they begin this well-deserved next chapter, we hope they know how grateful we are and how much they will be missed!

Our December Sunshine Award goes to Renee Saudan! Renee truly brings light to everyone’s day. No matter the situation, she radiates positivity and has an infectious laugh that brightens the room. Her genuine care for both her coworkers and our residents is evident in everything she does.

Renee has been a valued member of our team for over six months, working in our Dietary Department, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our ICMCF family.

Patty has spent almost 25 years caring for our residents as a CNA in our Physical Therapy Department, and we are so grateful for everything she has done. Her warm heart, friendly personality, and constant smile brought joy to everyone around her. She will be truly missed!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Terri Bechtel-Storti for organizing the First Annual Santa for Seniors program. Terri (along with Sidney, who was unable to attend) thoughtfully put together all of the gift bags, and then recruited friends to help deliver them and spread some holiday cheer.
A special thank you as well to Meghan Serbinski, Sara Gill, and Haiden Gill for helping deliver the gifts and bring smiles to our residents and tenants. Seeing the joy on their faces was truly a gift to all of us.
Thank you to everyone involved and to all who donated to make this such a meaningful and memorable day. The Christmas spirit is definitely alive and well here at ICMCF! 🎄✨

Thank you to the Iron County Golden K for bringing the magic of Christmas to ICMCF. We had such a wonderful afternoon from the delicious food made by our own dietary department, music from Group Therapy and Appaloosa Sky, and special presents for each and every resident. Santa brought his sleigh heaping with gifts for us. We are happy to report, we were all on the nice list. Also, thank you to the ICMCF Auxiliary for the extra donation towards presents this year.
