We want to take a moment to address recent announcements regarding KIN and the visitation center.

The McHenry County Family Visitation & Resource Home has been a shared project between KIN and ROAN since its establishment in 2021. It has been an important partnership and allowed each of us to blossom. While KIN may be pausing its involvement in the visitation home to focus on other initiatives, ROAN will continue providing services.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or surprise AND we want to be clear: ROAN will continue providing supervised visitation, parenting support, and therapeutic services to the families we serve.

As this transition unfolds, there may be some adjustments in the near future. Our priority is to ensure continuity of care and minimize any disruption. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

Come join our Men's Therapy Group each Monday at 6:30pm! This group is for men who have been affected by domestic violence, either through witnessing it, experiencing it, or choosing harm in their own relationships.

This group is held in two 7-week sections. The first section is psychoeducational and the second section is an optional experiential processing experience which incorporates a variety of modalities. In a safe, welcoming environment with a group of your peers, you can practice skills and receive encouragement to release, reconnect, and embrace who you are.
