I love Vulcan Room in Crystal Lake. The owner Nicole and her team are so nice and caring. She’s made the space a relaxing and beautiful retreat to escape to. A great treatment to start or end my day. It’s helped with pain, inflammation, mood, skin (especially scarring, breakouts and after laser treatments). Clean and very high quality equipment. I come year-round, 3-4 days a week and the membership makes it affordable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Vulcan Room. It was my first time trying the Infrared Sauna with the red light to help chronic neck pain and reduce my overall inflammation in my body. Nicole was so warm & welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She was very knowledgeable and friendly as well! I'll definitely be returning and recommend the Vulcan Room to others! And the best part.... I feel amazing after my session!

I have been a guest at The Vulcan Room several times over the past 2 years. Each time I can count on a relaxing, healing experience. I prefer the sauna and cold plunge combination, and it really helps with inflammation. Nicole offers other products like freshly pressed juice. I had a green juice that was perfect for after my appointment. I highly recommend The Vulcan Room. It's really a good way to relax, reset and help tackle whatever is coming your way next. FIVE STARS!

The red light therapy sauna was an absolute dream! Nicole was so welcoming and made sure every detail was perfect down to the fresh towels and cold water. I got a full tour and she showed me how to use the equipment since it was my first time. I will definitely be back!
